Passenger numbers have increased strongly during the first seven months of the year, with 575,312 travellers passing through the airport between January and July — 9% more than during the same period in 2025. Aircraft movements also increased by almost 16%.

If the current pace continues through the remainder of the year, Corvera is expected to pass the one million passenger mark once again.
